How to accept after installation?
Inspection items include:Structural solidity (no wobbling);No sharp burrs at joints;Whether the slope of the slide meets the design standard (usually ≤40°).
How to fix the slide more safely?
Choose the fixing method according to the ground material:Cement ground: pre-buried bolts or chemical anchor bolts;Soft ground (e.g. sandy ground): use ground nails or concrete base reinforcement.
What tools and professional qualifications are needed for slide installation?
Basic tools such as level, drill, spanner, etc. are required, and it is recommended to be operated by a qualified installation team to ensure compliance with the national ‘Safety Code for Amusement Rides’ (GB/T 18168-2017).
What are the site requirements before the slide is installed?
The installation site needs to meet the following conditions: The ground is level, solid and meets the load-bearing requirements;Reserve enough safety distance around the perimeter(recommended ≥1.5 metres);
